The location in a quiet area was unbeatable. And I enjoyed that it was near to excellent restaurants all looking at the amazing view, town center, and un posto incantevole come Piano di Sorrento. As for me, rooms were a nice size with all the comforts, they offered wake-up service.

Staff were really helpful and extremely helpful. Queen room with a view, had basic facilities we needed.

Great value for money, quiet location with nearby restaurants, within walking distance to nearby train station and port of Sorrento, rooms with nice balconies and views, and breakfast with a beautiful view of the surrounding sea.

The view of the seaside worth it all and nothing else matter. Room was pretty clean and the staff, despite of poor ability comunicate in English, was helpfull.

The breakfast consist of cup of cappuchino and couple of croissants... thats it.

I booked this hotel as a base for our holiday exploring the Amalfi Coast. It is situated a few kilometres from Sorrento itself but we had a car so this was not a problem. We enjoyed the terrific views both from the breakfast room and also from our balcony which faced out over the small horticultural areas at the back. The road down the cliff to the small beach below was invaluable when we came back and wanted a swim. The area is not touristy but had a quiet charm and was peaceful. The hotel appeared to have been recently refurbished as everything was in good shape, although the appointments were fairly basic. There appeared to be only 2 restaurants in the immediate locality but they were both good and reasonable (Il Chiosco in particular)

The beds were a little hard. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were a little distant, although offered helpful assistance when we had to retrieve a bag that had been lost by the airline. The breakfasts were sweet/ pastry based.

Exceptionally good views, appreciated great and pleasant setting.

Everything at this small hotel was good as we expected. The room we had included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. The restaurant was nice and offered quality dishes.

The hotel is in a beautiful and tranquil area, just a short walk away from the center of Piano, with easy access to the main center of Sorrento by train or bus. The staff is friendly, responsive, and met us at the lift to help with our luggage. The smaller Sea view rooms have balconies with stunning views of the bay and harbor.

good hotel in an excelent location and good value for money

The location is good. It is about 10minutes walking from train station. The view from the hotel and lounge is excellent. The hotel is located on the rock and you can see nice see and Vesuv. Rooms are new and modern. Very nice with balcony.

I think we were really dissapointed with the staff - mainly with reception. It may be actually the leader of the hotel. She does not speak English at all. So she could not explain us anything. She did not have any maps or information about Sorrento that could give it to us. She did not have also any timetable of the train in there village so we have to find all information by ourselves.The breakfast was not so good, it was poor. Juices we could not even drink - unfresh and too much sweet.

We loved the excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and amazing views from our room with a private balcony. The location was perfect, close to the train and just a short walk to the beach. The Monday Market and excellent restaurants with breathtaking views were a bonus.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.
